Start It Up is a basic, beginner level program designed for the individual who is looking to commit to beginning their journey to a healthier lifestyle and increase overall confidence. Maybe you’ve never lifted weights before, or haven’t worked out in a REALLY long time, or you’re just looking to introduce something “new” to your lite, cardio only routine. This program offers 2 workouts per week (8 per month), focusing primarily on full body workouts, our Guide to Clean Eating which includes a shopping list as well as 2 starter recipes, and photos demonstrating all exercises.
Start It Up PLUS adds an additional workout each week, as well as slightly increasing the intensity and length of workouts. This program is for the individual that has limited time on a daily basis, yet is looking for a slightly advanced beginner workout. This program is also the perfect transition to our Rip It Up program. This program includes our Guide to Clean Eating, which includes a shopping list as well as 2 starter recipes, photos demonstrating all exercises and unlimited support via text or email from a team member.
Rip It Up is an intermediate program designed for the individual who is working out moderately at this point or has worked out in the past and is looking to commit to more frequent and higher intensity workouts. This program offers 3 workouts per week (12 per month), 2 specific cardio conditioning workouts (specifically designed for you), one 5-10 minute face time with one of our team members, our Guide to Clean Eating which includes a shopping list as well as 2 starter recipes, photos demonstrating all exercises, ad unlimited support via text or email from a team member.
